1. Order Cancellation

Cancellation by Customer

· Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support.

· Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

· Any payment made for a successfully cancelled order will be refunded as per our Refund Policy.

Cancellation by HOBCHI.COM

We reserve the right to cancel an order due to:

· Product unavailability

· Pricing or listing errors

· Payment verification issues

· Suspected fraudulent activity

In such cases, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.

2. Returns Policy

· Returns are accepted only if the product is:

o Delivered damaged

o Defective on arrival

o Incorrect product delivered

· Any issue must be reported at the time of delivery or within 24 hours of delivery.

· Products must be:

o Unused

o Uninstalled

o In original packaging with all accessories and manuals intact

🚫 Installed, used, or altered products are not eligible for return, unless explicitly covered under the brand’s policy.

3. Refund Policy

· Refunds are processed only after inspection and approvalof the returned product.

· Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment methodwithin 7–10 working days.

· Shipping or installation charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a fault on our part.

4. Brand Warranty & Service

· Installation, demo, and warranty services are provided directly by the respective brand or its authorized service centers.

· For post-installation issues, customers are requested to contact the brand service team directly.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

· Products damaged due to misuse or negligence

· Products without original packaging

· Items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page

· Products purchased under clearance or special sale offers (unless defective)
